Hot Showers/Baths - Lately I have been taking a lot of incredibly hot showers to reduce my pain. A lot of you have heating pads or heated blankets, which is a lot like this. The heat seems to relax my muscles and helps me relax overall. I also do some stretching while under the water to help loosen myself up even more.

It feels absolutely wonderful, so I just thought I’d share!

super true for me too! heat across the board helps me - my electric microplush throw blanket is the most amazing thing i’ve ever bought.  i can completely wrap my legs in it (my legs are where a lot of my pain is concentrated).  magic.
